Audio-Technica’s first turntable of 2022 has come, and it’s hardly a brand-new turntable. Although the AT-LPW30BK was previously only available in a wood veneer finish, the Japanese manufacturer has announced that the manual belt-drive turntable is now available in black.
Audio-Technica AT-LPW30TK is a fully manual, Belt-drive operation with two speeds: 33-1/3 and 45 RPM.

According to the Japanese manufacturer, the belt-driven, two-speed turntable is “built to produce ideal high-fidelity audio replication from vinyl in a sleek, classy manner.”
This is due to a walnut veneer plinth that minimizes low-frequency acoustic feedback while still looking stylish. This is aided by the straight aluminum tonearm and built-in phono preamplifier, which can be connected directly to your speakers for a more polished overall sound.
The LPW30BK turntable, developed in Tokyo with 60 years of experience in the creation of high-fidelity equipment, is intended to produce excellent high-fidelity audio reproduction from vinyl in a sleek, classy appearance.
