Klipsch does not require any introduction. It is a high-end all-American loudspeaker and headphone brand that most audio enthusiasts are familiar with.
A new, larger 90° x 90° silicone composite hybrid Tractrix horn provides crisper, clearer sound. The exclusive 1” LTS minimizes distortion for enhanced, detailed performance.
The brand is a well-known American icon that has been operating for decades. And this brand has been heavily relying on the sound principle and philosophy of the founder, Paul W Klipsch. That is to “reproduce the power, detail, and emotion of the live experience.”
The iconic brand is now partnering with Resonado Labs. Basically, this strategic partnership plans to develop a new lineup of products.
By integrating the technologies from Resonado Labs, Klipsch will bring compact home audio solutions, which is something that many audio enthusiasts look for. And because the tech from Resonado Labs holds high potential, this partnership can bring the “next era of audio” to the market.
According to the partnership details, these products will aim to offer ‘the highest output possible in sleek and compact form factors.’ Klipsch has basically found that the world of audio has changed dramatically.
And it will continue to do so in the future. Most of the market has shifted to audio products that require less space but provide full acoustic performance.
That said, the primary integration of the partnership will be the flagship technology from Resonado Labs, the Res-core.
Resonado Labs designed this tech to address the industry shift. It is a novel take on the conventional speakers, which includes a proprietary motor. And with Res-Core, these speakers can provide a high-grade audio performance while coming at a reasonably small form factor.
According to the President of Resonado Labs, Chuck Lukezic, “Resonado takes a radical approach to innovation. Our design-driven methods have allowed us to push past the boundaries of what the industry thought was possible and deliver full frequency sound in a much smaller form factor.”
The President and CEO of Klipsch, Paul Jacobs, is also pretty excited about the partnership. He says, “I am inspired by the incredibly talented group of entrepreneurs, engineers and designers at Resonado Labs.”
He added, “by incorporating their cutting-edge transducer technologies, we will deliver a state-of-the-art, design-centric collection of products unlike anything Premium Audio Company has previously done.”
So, what do the audio enthusiasts think about the Klipsch partnership? All things aside, it will be pretty interesting to see what audio products the iconic brand in the quest for compact and high-performing devices.
Slava is a man of mystery and no-one seems to know exactly where he is at any point in time. When he isn't enjoying writing about all things audio and technical he can be found researching his next project of interest. The man never rests.
