Sennheiser’s Momentum True Wireless 3 earphones will be available soon. As specs and product images for the new in-ear headphones with active noise cancellation have been uncovered on Amazon, some intriguing surprises are predicted.

Surprisingly, the source of the leak is the most improbable of sources: Lufthansa, the German airline.
The earphones were found through the carrier’s WorldShop website, which, predictably, has already deleted the product listing. Fortunately for us, numerous sites were able to get the product photos, allowing us to see what was available.
At first sight, the MOMENTUM True Wireless 3 seems to have experienced just minor cosmetic alterations, with the inclusion of a graphite-themed option.
According to the company’s specifications, the new earbuds are certified for seven hours of continuous usage, with an extra 28 hours saved in the charging case. Indeed, both the shell and earphones are charged through the built-in USB-C connector.
Momentum True Wireless 3, which the German audio manufacturer previously claimed would come this month, has appeared as an Amazon listing.
While the earphones are not presently available for purchase – the listing indicates that they are “temporarily out of stock” – the product page does seem to offer some light on the design and pricing of the Momentum True Wireless 3.
The Sennheiser Momentum 3 earphones and battery case will be redesigned in comparison to its predecessor. The rounded span metal accent is replaced with more curves, with the half flowing downward. Fortunately, the German brand’s emblem is still prominently displayed in the middle.
In terms of technical specifications, the Momentum 3 will include a newer Bluetooth 5.2 communication standard that supports a broader range of profiles. The product website mentions many Bluetooth codecs, including SBC, AAC, and aptX Adaptive.
These features improve interoperability while preserving audio quality while transitioning across music platforms. Reduced latency is obviously a significant benefit in these days of video-streaming fever.
Additionally, there is a mention of Hybrid Adaptive Noise Cancellation for the yet-to-be-announced headphones.
If this is accurate, it might significantly increase the noise-canceling capabilities of the Momentum 3 over the Momentum 2 in-ear headphones.
Another standout feature is the inclusion of Qi wireless charging, which was absent from the Momentum 2. The battery life rating remains unchanged at up to 7 hours on standby and 28 hours when charged through the charging case. Up to 90 minutes of charging time are specified.
Lufthansa WorldShop has set the pricing of the Momentum 3 at €249, with availability beginning May 10. Additionally, there are claims that Amazon offered the headphones for $249 before removing them from the site.
According to the images, three colorways will be available: black, graphite, and white. These colors will correspond to the battery case. Sennheiser had said that the new in-ear headphones will be announced this month and will now confirm these facts.
