The Chinese brand Huawei has made the Huawei FreeBuds Pro 3 official. And in case you didn’t know, Huawei has been pushing the limits of wireless headphones with its past releases. The new release isn’t any different in this regard.
With a promise to deliver improved audio fidelity and multiple enhanced features, the FreeBuds Pro 3 truly sets itself apart in the ever-competitive wireless earbuds market.
Huawei says the FreeBuds Pro 3 is “fine-tuned down to the last detail to ensure an excellent listening experience.” Most of this tuning involves utilizing something that Huawei calls “ultra-hearing” dual-driver arrangement.
This unique configuration of the Huawei FreeBuds Pro 3 includes 11mm bass drivers. These drivers are geared to offer the most details out of every audio playback.
What’s more important is that the wireless earbuds come with LDAC Bluetooth codec support. This codec unlocks the doorway for high-quality wireless transmission, with data transmission speeds of up to 990 kbps.
But the biggest headline of the Huawei FreeBuds Pro 3 has to be the “triple adaptive EQ.” At the core, it’s essentially an algorithm that continually analyzes the volume, wearing status, and the ear canal shape.
The algorithm takes all of these into consideration to optimize the sound level and EQ settings in real time. This eventually results in a more personal listening experience.
Like some of its rivals, the Huawei FreeBuds Pro 3 also comes with Adaptive Active Noise Cancellation. The “Adaptive” nature of the noise cancellation tech allows you to enjoy your favorite music without any external intrusions.
On that note, the FreeBuds Pro 3 comes with algorithm-boosted hybrid noise cancellation tech. This tech detects the exterior sounds in real time and makes necessary adjustments to the intensity.
This pair of wireless headphones also comes with wind noise reduction tech. Huawei says that this tech on the FreeBuds Pro 3 is 80% better when compared to its predecessors.
The Huawei FreeBuds Pro 3 also has great battery life. You can get up to 6.5 hours of battery life after a single charging session with the ANC disabled. And with the ANC turned on, the battery life of the buds is up to 4.5 hours.
With the charging case, the battery life jumps to up to 31 hours, which is a lot when considering some top-performing earbuds.
Besides, the new wireless earbuds have Bluetooth Multipoint, which makes it easier to shift from one device to another. And thanks to the IP54 rating, you get enhanced dust and water resistance.
Also, the glass-like case with the concealed hinge design of the Huawei FreeBuds Pro 3 charging case makes it long-lasting.
