Elegantly simple is the tagline of Primare. And that tagline is still strong for the Primare SPA25 Prisma. Now, in case you are wondering, the SPA25 is a home cinema-integrated amp.
And Primare is all set to debut it in the Bristol HiFi Show 2023. So, what makes the SPA25 Prisma elegantly simple?
To start off, Primare has kept things simple for the users. However, it still made significant improvements on the previously released A35.8. As the name suggests, that was an eight-channel amplifier.
The key features of the A35.8 included RCA and XLR inputs for each of the eight channels. It can offer amplification with 150 watts on each channel. And the maximum power that it can offer is 1500 watts.
Furthermore, the Primare A35.8 offered the ability to bridge each pair of output channels. That allowed the system to provide power to virtually every multi-channel speaker configuration.
A fully bridged A35.8 can offer a peak power of 750 watts. And that is not something that you can take for granted.
As you can see, the A35.8 had excellent features. However, Primare users wanted more. And Primare delivered with the SPA25! The Primare SPA25 Prisma comes with tons of upgrade components inside. Yes, the interior is not as simple as the exterior.
This nine-channel integrated amplifier and processor is designed to provide a high-end home cinema experience.
And to do so, Primare has integrated Dolby Atmos and DTS X processing. But that is not all; the SPA25 also integrates 4K HDR switching capabilities and Dirac Live EQ.
Moreover, there is eARC and video HDMI connection system on the Primare SPA25 Prisma. Those two will offer the best system interaction and performance.
You also have a Prisma network player, which will enable you to stream from various music services. That includes Tidal, Spotify, and Qobuz.
Not to mention that the Primare SPA25 Prisma does not back down on bit in terms of power. Each of the nine channels is powered with 100 watts.
That means the integrated amplifier will cut no corners when offering you the best home cinema experience you can ever have.
Still not impressed? The Primare SPA25 Prisma has speaker allocation options. They allow bi-amping of the main right and left channels.
And it also has what it takes to be at the center of a full 11-channel immersive audio setup. You just need to add a stereo amplifier to enjoy such an amazing audio system.
Finally, the Primare SPA25 Prisma will be the first in the range to come with a new Prisma remote controller. And the great part about this remote is that it offers IR control for every present and past Primare model.
