Summer has finally arrived. There is no better way to beat the summer heat than to dive in and relax the days away throughout every spare moment we get. When putting the finishing touches on your poolside preparations, there is an important issue you need to address: the music situation.

While my wife loves to read by the poolside, I prefer to soak while listening to music. If you are like me, you know that a traditional set of wired earphones won’t cut it, nor would your TWS earphones. I had been a standard Bluetooth speaker till last year, but after I accidentally dropped them in the pool and essentially killed it, I realized I needed to switch it up.

Traditional speakers shouldn’t be anywhere near water – that’s not what they are made for.

After a whole year of buying and testing a ton of ‘pool-friendly’ speakers, I believe I have become an expert on the matter. And I’ve found the ultimate solution for our predicament – floating Bluetooth speakers for pools that I can set near me and enjoy my songs at a comfortable volume. These speakers also double up as sound systems for pool-side parties and family gatherings.

I have done all the hard work (so you don’t have to) and found 6 of the best floating pool speakers out there. Let’s jump in.
