In the past few weeks, there have been a couple of leaks about the new Google Pixel Buds Pro. Although, the official launch event isn’t really that far away from now.
For those unaware, Google is pretty much set to unveil a lot of brand-new devices in the coming Wednesday.
This event will bring out the much-awaited Google Pixel 8 series and some refreshes on the existing products and services.
As per the past leaks, Google seems to be preparing some exciting new colorways for the upcoming products. That includes the new Google Pixel Buds Pro too.
According to a report from 9to5Google, the brand-new Google Pixel Buds Pro will come in new Porcelain and Bay Blue colorways. These colorways were revealed by The Tech Outlook and OnLeaks.
They unveiled the renders of the new earbuds. And if you’re wondering, the Bay Blue colorway is pale blue, while the Porcelain is off-white.
As of now, the only options you have with Google Pixel Buds Pro are Fog, Coral, and Charcoal, Lemongrass. In other words, Google already offers a good number of color options for all buyers.
But with the new Bay Blue and Porcelain, the potential Pixel 8 device buyers will have earbuds that match the new colorways of the Pixel 8 phones. That is, Google didn’t choose these new colors at random.
Previously, Google released the Pixel Buds A with a new Sea Blue colorway to match the Pixel 7a. And Google will be doing the same with the Google Pixel Buds Pro for the Pixel 8 series.
That said, according to the information we’ve got so far, it’s just the colorways that will be new. Besides, the new colorways of the Google Pixel Buds Pro will feature the same hardware inside.
But that doesn’t mean Google isn’t planning to release new accessories at the upcoming Pixel 8 launch event. Google has confirmed that the event will bring out the Pixel Watch 2.
One of the leaks hinted that Google will be offering the Pixel Watch 2 as a gift for those who buy the Pixel 8 Pro during the first sale. Google did something similar with the Pixel 7 launch last year.
Of course, all the attention will be on the Pixel 8 series. After all, it will be the latest flagship range from Google with a new Tensor G3 chip and better hardware than before.
Those details, along with the info about the new colorways of the Google Pixel Buds Pro, will arrive on Wednesday. And there could be a couple of surprise colorways as well.
