Amazon Prime Day 2022 is here! It is one of the most exciting sales days of the year. However, it is not like any other sale day that you might have taken full advantage of.
Due to international time differences, a lot of the sales of Prime Day 2022 have already started. So, are these deals like a pre-sale thing? Not really!
Basically, the official timing for Amazon Prime Day is on the 12th and 13th of this month, which are Tuesday and Wednesday, respectively. But there are some start and finish times. And those timing will depend on the region that you are in. Here is the list:
- US (ET/PT): 3 AM (ET) / 00:00 AM (PT) on 12th July to 2:59 AM (ET) / 23:59 PM (PT) on 13th July
- UK (BST): 00:01 AM on 12th July to 23:59 PM on 13th July
- Australia (AEST): 00:00 AM on 12th July to 17:00 PM on 14th July
So, you can say that the official deals of Prime Day 2022 will start on 12th July. But as mentioned, some of the deals are already live. Wondering why?
Amazon is building anticipation for the event with these early deals. However, most deals are on devices and services from Amazon itself.
Among these early deals, the ones that are catching a lot of attention are the Echo Dot 4th Gen, Fire TV Cube, and Amazon Unlimited.
If you are unfamiliar with these devices and services, the Echo Dot is an Alexa-equipped smart speaker. And the 4th Gen brings a lot of improvements to the table. Also, considering the deal that Amazon is offering at the moment, it is a steal for the money!
Secondly, there is the Amazon Fire TV Cube. It is the premium streamer device that Amazon has to offer. Again, just like any other Amazon device, the Fire TV Cube has Alexa integrated into it.
Thanks to that, you can use your voice to play, pause, and control other devices connected to the device. On that note, the AV performance of the device is top-notch. It even has support for HDR, HDR10+, Dolby Vision, and immersive Dolby Atmos.
The third highlight of the early Prime Day 2022 sales is Amazon Music Unlimited. With the sale, Amazon is offering four months’ worth of subscriptions with this deal. And if you were unaware, Amazon Music Unlimited has hi-res streaming support.
