So, the Google Pixel Buds lineup will soon be extended with the Pixel Buds Pro. And the TWS buds from Google were meant to be shipped on 28 July, along with the sale of Pixel 6a.
Pixel Buds A-Series have custom-designed 12 mm dynamic speaker drivers that deliver rich, high-quality audio. With a flush-to-ear design, three eartip sizes, and a stabilizer arc, the wireless earbuds stay in place and create a gentle seal for amazing sound
However, a customer managed to get their hands on the earphones about five days early. The lucky customer was kind enough to let all of the waiting buyers get a glimpse of what the TWS looks like in real life.
And the customer has also taken their time to offer a first impression of the earbuds. According to the post, the audio quality is better than the Series A.
But that is not all that the customer has talked about. The post included a mic test, in which the customer decided that the mic quality was pretty good.
However, you must consider that the test only included one harsh environment: a bike ride. And according to the customer, the caller on the other end could hear the voice clearly, although some wind was going through the mics.
Regarding touch controls, the Pixel Buds Pro will allow you to do everything possible with the Series A. However, swiping the Pixel Buds Pro can not control the volume.
Also, pressing the buds for two seconds will not make them activate the voice assistant. Instead, the action will enable the ANC mode.
According to the customer, the Pixel Buds Pro feels a little less secure regarding fit. But you should consider that the customer is comparing the fit with Pixel Buds.
And the post stated that the buds are still very secure on the ears. The post also guarantees that you can wear the buds while carrying out your favorite sports activity, such as running and biking.
Now, after seeing the official pictures of the Pixel Buds Pro, you might have thought that the buds would be pretty large. But the customer confirmed that the buds are not as large as they seem in the picture. However, that is a good thing as the small size will increase the comfort.
That said, the posts also went ahead and talked about the ANC of the Pixel Buds Pro. And according to the customer, the active noise cancellation mode works pretty great.
Also, the customer said good things about the transparency mode, which is always a plus point for a TWS. The Pixel Buds Pro also has a multipoint mode, in which you can connect the buds to two devices.
And the customer tested it out and found out that it was working correctly. However, the lucky customer also confirmed that the packaging does not come with a charging cable. So, if you are looking forward to getting the buds shipped, you need to have a USB C or wireless charging station ready.
