Xavian has been developing the new loudspeakers for almost two years: the unison and harmony. And the Prague-based brand is finally unveiling them!

From the designer and founder team of Xavian, Roberto has stated: “over twenty-five years, we’ve come to understand the way you listen at home, and we’ve adapted this new range to suit. The emphasis here is on really high sensitivity, low amplifier requirements, making these models suitable for any tube amplifier and a lively, dynamic sound at low and medium volume levels”.

That quotation can tell you a lot about what these two loudspeakers are capable of bringing to the table. In fact, the Xavian Concerto loudspeakers are the first from the new range, which features a choice of real wood veneers.

But that is not all that makes the new speakers stand out. The loudspeakers integrate technologically innovative solutions, which will tell you a lot about what Xavian’s twenty-five years of experience can actually offer.

If you are wondering about the specifications, you should get ready to get blown away by what the speakers actually boast.

The bass driver of the units is 227 mm in size and features a custom scan-speak design. Along with that, the drivers have Kevlar membrane, high bandwidth, and high sensitivity.

Xavian has opted for a 181 mm Scan-speak driver when it comes to the midrange driver. Like the bass driver, this one features a Kevlar member and other bells and whistles of a pumped-up driver.

In terms of the tweeter, you will find a three-way bass reflex unit that comes with Mirror bass technology. The tweeter is also floor ported. Also, the silk dome tweeter features high electromechanical stability and high overall sensitivity. It also boasts an ultra-low moving mass.

Nonetheless, the speakers have a frequency response range of 40 kHz to 30 thousand kHz, which can let you know a lot about what the drivers can provide in terms of sound quality.

That said, another main star of the show is the cabinet. It is hand veneered, which comes with a complex internal brace system, and is of MDF material.

The brace system will minimize the parasitic resonances. Other than that, the sensitivity level is at 94 dB, while the impedance is at 4 Ohm.

Finally, the brand did not skimp one bit in terms of the connectivity port. You will find one pair of gold-plated terminals. And the best part is that each of them is individually mounted, which means that the setup process should go pretty smoothly for you.
