Although most major retailers and brands are offering massive deals on the best-selling products, Black Friday is not technically here. All the sales that you are seeing are pre-Black Friday sales.
And they are just a glimpse of what the event will actually bring. Officially, the Black Friday event will start on November 25th, the following Friday.
But with the early sales rolling in from the start of November, you could say that the sales happening in this entire month is basically what the event is all about.
However, in most cases, the deals that start one week before the official are the ones that get you the most value. In other words, all the deals happening this week offer peak discounts.
This trend started last year when the sales began flowing a week before the official event. Another thing you should note about the last year’s event is that the deals stayed static while moving through the Black Friday weekend into Cyber Monday.
To be exact, not many deals from the largest product categories were present at that time of the year.
Also, some of the best offers that were present earlier in the month did not return. And a lot are expecting the same trend to happen this year.
How certain can you be about that? Well, there are some signs regarding it already. Many electronics, TVs, and home items have gone for sale. And the thing to note here is that most of them were at their all-time low price.
Meanwhile, the week for the event has officially started for Amazon in the UK. And it debuted with the announcement of a 10-day long deal event.
On the other hand, most of the major US retailers have already gone live with their individual sales, which started a few weeks ago.
There have been some of the biggest ever seen discounts on Best Buy, Walmart, and other major retailers starting from the beginning of November. And some deals were much better than the ones from last year.
But as we are slowly creeping up to the official Black Friday date, deals are expected to be better than the previous ones. So, if you have been saving up for the event, you should keep your eyes open.
On that note, some deals can stay live for an extremely limited time, which might be the ones you are going after. So, bookmark the deal pages and check on them every now and then.
Alongside that, do not wait for a Black Friday deal in hopes that it will offer a better discount on an official day. The deal may not even be there as stocks of these sales are pretty limited.
